Long old day yesterday, which ended rubbish, having to get a dodgy taxi from London to Hertfordshire at 2am! not a great way to finish the evening. One of my jobs yesterday was shooting Sam 'Black and Gold' Sparro at proud, and a sat next to Mark Ronson whist waiting the the Confetti canon to fire in the last but one track. Support by the soon to be massive Magistrates.
Here are a few more shots from the past few weeks, now the pieces have been published. In Order:
Does it offend you, Yeah? Florance and the Hot Machine, Ladyhawk and The Ting Tings.
"Mongral" in Dean Street Studios. The band is made up from : Drew McConnell (baby shambles) Jon McClure (The Reverend and the makers) Andy Nicholson (ex-Arctic Monkeys) and Matt Helders (Drummer in Arctic Monkeys) and more..
Aftermeeting up with Mr Hoban, we hit the union at King Collage to see Alphabeat, top night, support from The Clik Clik and a guys called Leon Jean Marie who was less then fitting for the bill. Everyone joined back on the stage for the last song of the eve, a DaftPunk cover.
Down to Bloomsbury Ballroom this eve for a 40's Style gig. I got dressed up! On the Bill - The Enemy, Rumble Strips and Thirst with Bloc Party DJ'ing. Would of been great apart from I didn't really get everything I needed..these things happen sometimes. Covered for NME's and the new Re-design.
